Adding a well-design, well-built aftermarket up pipe is one of the first things you should do to your Subaru. Our ultimate goal was to make the best up pipe the aftermarket has to offer.
We designed this up pipe using our in-house FARO Arm along with the latest and greatest Solidworks CAD Software. This assures that we can offer you the most precise and best fitting up pipe for your [aftermarket] 3-bolt header on the market. Aftermarket headers are often inconsistent so we used our reverse engineering hardware/software to scan the leading 3-bolt headers to determine the range of best fitments for our aftermarket up pipe. This allows us to be very confident that your flanges will be leak free and the up pipe will fit perfectly, every time.
Our up pipe is made with the best local raw materials available. The flex joint is 321 Stainless Steel w/ an Interlocking Liner and the tubing is a heavy duty 14 Gauge 304 Stainless Steel (competitors use thinner 16 GA) that has been precisely CNC Mandrel Bent; our flanges are made out of 1/2" 304 Stainless Steel and are put through a tumbling process to smooth out the edges. The pipe is hand-welded on the inside of the flange, in addition to the outside, allowing for added strength to the finished product and a nice mating surface with optimal flow through the pipe. All fabrication is completed by our team of Certified Welders/Fabricators which ensures that each and every up pipe that comes out of our facility will handle anything you throw at it!
