This is GNP's rear shifter stay for most Subarus. It's designed to be a direct replacement for the soft rubber bit that your Subaru came with.  It is made from a very stiff 90a shore strength polyurethane that's designed to allow more precise shifting by holding the shifter assemble a lot more stable.

Available in red or blue to match our 5 and 6 speed front shifter bushings
